Sales Manager - Quarto International| April 21th, 2017

Position

Working with the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing sales teams, inventories, and growing sales of stainless steel in the flat products range. You will perform all the core functions and associated tasks related to the position of Manager, adhering to the instructions and targets set by your line manager and by Group management.

Your main responsibilities will therefore include:

  • Managing sales teams and growing sales;
  • Ensuring proper management and development of the company;
  • Contributing to the development of a global company strategy, both in terms of ‘image’ and commercially and financially, in accordance with management;
  • Constructively organizing the business and your team in social, economic, and financial terms, in collaboration with the different Group departments (accounting, administrative, financial, sales, etc.);
  • Implementing all strategies that contribute towards increasing the company’s profitability and optimizing its results.

Profile

You have completed tertiary Sales studies, and you have at least 5 years’ experience in an international role marketing stainless steel, ideally with flat products.

You demonstrate superior knowledge of the European quarto plates market and global exports.

Your ability to get on well with others, strong sales focus, attention to detail and hard-working team-player attitude will be major assets for succeeding in this role.

You speak fluent English; other languages are also major assets for the position.

Nickel alloys product manager | February 21st, 2017

Position

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for developing, managing and coordinating the range of nickel alloy flat products on an international scale. Your main responsibilities will therefore include:

 

  • Participating in the design of strategic plans for these products, in cooperation with Management and the internal departments;
  • Acting as the contact point and interface for teams and subsidiaries, in order to help drive the strategy and escalate strategic market information (changes, customer requirements, current or future projects, monitoring technological developments, etc.);
  • Participating in technical and sales training of teams in France and at the various Group subsidiaries;
  • Constant monitoring of market developments. You will escalate strategic information gathered in the field to your superiors by completing a dynamic and rational analysis of market players, products and trends. You will carry out technical analyses and proactively make suggestions to management;
  • Assisting sellers from different subsidiaries in the promotion of Nickel Alloys and/or new applications;
  • Helping to resolve technical problems encountered by customers or subsidiaries;
  • Listing approved suppliers, participating in technical discussions, contributing to the development of new products.

 

Profile

You have completed tertiary technical or technical-sales studies, and you have at least 5 years’ experience in an international technical-sales role marketing Nickel Alloys, specifically flat products.

You are able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Nickel Alloy and Specialty Stainless Steel products.

You possess a solid understanding and knowledge of the areas of application of Nickel Alloys.

You speak fluent English.

Your ability to get on well with others, strong technical-sales focus, attention to detail and hard-working team-player attitude will be major assets for succeeding in this role.

Wear-resistant steels Product manager | February 21st, 2017

Position
